At MISFIT, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product might not be what you expected. Please read our Exchange & Return Policy carefully to ensure a smooth and fair process.
π Eligibility for Exchange or Return
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
1. unboxing Video is Mandatory
To initiate any return or exchange, customers must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video of the product. This video must begin before the package is opened and clearly show:
β’ The condition of the packaging
β’ The process of unboxing
β’ The issue or defect, if any
Returns or exchanges without an inboxing video will not be accepted.
2. Return/Exchange Shipping Charges
β’ Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for return or exchange.
β’ Return delivery charges are paid by the customer.
β’ We recommend using a trackable courier service to avoid any issues.
3. Return/Exchange Window
β’ Returns and exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving the product.
β’ Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
β’ Products purchased on sale, however u can get store credit of the same value of the product excluding shipping.
β’ Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused during shipping

β’ Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
